North Korea Launches 23 Missiles, Triggering Air-Raid Alarm in South

North Korea fired nearly two dozen missiles Wednesday in its largest deployment on a single day, an escalation in recent tensions that triggered an air-raid alert on a populated island in the South and provoked a military warning from Seoul.
