Prashanth Parameswaran is a fellow at the Wilson Center’s Asia Program in Washington, where he focuses on Southeast Asia, Asia security and U.S. policy in the Indo-Pacific region. He is also deputy head of research at the consultancy BowerGroupAsia and senior columnist at The Diplomat magazine.
