Robert Pee has lectured on U.S. foreign policy, intelligence and U.S. political history at the University of Reading, Royal Holloway and the University of Birmingham. He is the author of “Democracy Promotion, National Security and Strategy: Foreign Policy under the Reagan Administration.”
