Cameron Reed is a writer, analyst and research assistant on the Armed Conflict Location and Event Data Project (ACLED). He was a Boren fellow in the Middle East and an Atlantis fellow in Europe. He holds graduate degrees from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs in Syracuse and the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.
