‘Havana Syndrome’ Not Caused by Energy Weapon or Foreign Adversary, Intelligence Review Finds

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken had a brief encounter Thursday with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on the sidelines of the Group of 20 largest industrialized nations meeting in the first face to face conversation between the two diplomats since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
