France: President Emmanuel Macron has named 34-year-old Education Minister Gabriel Attal as his new prime minister, replacing 62-year-old Elisabeth Borne, who was appointed at the start of Macron’s second term in 2022 and resigned earlier this week ahead of the anticipated government reshuffle.
