Clinton: Positive Day for N. Ireland

Secretary of State Hilary Rodham Clinton celebrated the recently signed Northern Ireland accord that will consolidate "hard won gains of the past decade." Clinton says that the United States will work to help Northern Ireland reap the benefits of peace by encouraging international investment and fostering continued economic growth.
