U.S. House Fiscal Year 2010 Intelligence Authorization Report

In June, the U.S. House Intelligence Committee filed its report on the fiscal year 2010 Intelligence Authorization Act, which included provisions to create an inspector general for the intelligence community, to require a report on the number of Federal Government employees who hold security clearances, and to require expanded review and notification concerning covert action, among other important intelligence policy measures.
