Report to Congress: Measuring Security and Stability in Iraq
Defense Department | 2009-03-25
As mandated by Congress, the Defense Department must deliver a quarterly report including specific performance indicators and measures of progress toward political, economic, and security stability in Iraq. This report indicates progress along these lines from December 2008 through February 2009, and highlights the challenges in achieving both Coalition and Iraqi objectives along political, security, economic, diplomatic, and rule of law lines of operation.
