U.N. Sudan Report: Benchmarks Not Met
United Nations Security Council | 2009-10-21
This U.N. report is intended to inform the security council of the progress being made on the implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement in the Sudan. Findings suggest that the security situation is still poor, free and fair elections have not yet been secured and the Sudanese government in general is behind schedule in implementing the peace agreement.
